Rosalia

Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia (Spanish meaning "Rosalia") is an Spanish singer and songwriter from Spain. She is a Flamenco and Pop artist. From her teens she is a part of popular flamenco and music. She also explores various genres, including hip-hop soul and Trap. Her voice is said by no less a talent than flamenco musician Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp and with a bite that is similar to the old ones. El Mal Querer is her 2nd album, which was released in 2018, which has been a commercial and critical success. Following Los Angeles, her debut album, released in 2017, was awarded an Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and earned an Latin Grammy nod. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami came out as her third full-length album. It featured songs written in collaboration with other artists and producers, including Cory Henry. The set was released in the month of March 2022, following a performance of the track Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the first Spanish solo artist to perform on Saturday Night Live. Motomami was the only female in the history of music to be a recipient of the Latin Album of the Year two times as well as the three Latin Grammy Awards.
